The team at Austbrokers SPT Insurance asked for my help with marketing.


I worked with the team to get clear on what their brand stood for, who they were talking to and what key messages they needed their audience to understand. 

Being an established brand it made sense to evaluate current assets and marketing efforts against the new messaging and strategy. 

We came up with a plan of attack and an annual marketing plan to follow.


Three main areas were identified for immediate improvement:

1. Website
2. LinkedIn Presence
3. Communications Plan 

Customers loved the fresh vibe and plain english language.

The team at VINCEL contacted me while they were in pre-launch mode. 
Unsure of how to go about marketing their new product.

They were looking for someone who could help them position and launch their brand.


First up we needed to get clear on the brand.

What it stood for, what it wanted to be known for and how to position against competitors in the market.

Then an indepth marketing strategy was created including a recommended release approach.


I was able to project manage everything VINCEL needed.

Working with Graphic Designers to design their brand elements and a Web Designer to build their website.

As a sub-contractor I worked with the Australian Marketing Institute to write and deliver a 2 day strategic marketing course for a large insurance industry group business.


We wanted to create a practical, hands-on experience for attendees. 

To ensure course content was relevant we considered the attendees business needs and knowledge level. 


A two-day workshop was developed.

Taking attendees through the basics of strategic marketing and how to implement in their business. 

By the end of the two days attendees had the tools and know-how to create a strategic marketing plan for their business.

Helping with new product marketing, a mini-rebrand and ongoing support for the sales team. 


Our relationship has grown from our initial brand positioning project to providing product marketing support. 

I work closely with their sales team to provide communications, sales pitches and corporate communications. 


Since working with SuperChoice
we’ve refreshed the brand look and feel.

Created consitency in brand assets and sales presentations. 

Released regular communications.

I met Rachel from Fairvine through a recommendation on Facebook.

She was looking for freelance copywriters to support their launch plans for Fairvine.
Fairvine are a start-up women’s only Super Fund. 


We agreed to create a series of blog articles that would relate to women’s money issues. 


Well researched, action based articles that help Fairvine readers make better decisions with their money. 

Small projects


Worked with PetSure on a new product positioning and messaging strategy. 

Created Sales Materials including product brochures, event signage and sales presentations. 


I’ve helped Mobile Healing Hands for a number of years now. 

Including, new home page copy, sales flyers and an email campaign to drive XMAS bookings.


Boobs on the Run are a women’s only running program in NSW. 

As Mel’s footprint started to grow she asked me to help her formalise her program and training for run leaders. 

Creating weekly emails, running guides and social media posts. 

I’ve also helped with Award Entries and writing content for Kids on The Run
